BW FUTURE WORKSHOP.

Since 1888, we have been driven by key questions - how can we build machines that enable our customers to meet their challenges effectively? And how do we position ourselves to offer sustainable solutions for increasingly complex manufacturing processes? Our first future related workshop under the motto “together we build the future” took place in October. The Future Workshop was a real novelty at BW at which every employee was able to pitch in the company’s perspectives. A vast range of brainstorming, consulting, and creating ideas were part of interactive workshops formed of interdisciplinary teams.

The outcome states: a full day dedicated to the sense of belonging and vision of BW. First results show that our BW-employees are all on the same page. We are proudly committed to everlasting technology and our goal is to manufacture machines designed for the future and lasting forever.
