ROMI, parent company of BURKHARDT+WEBER Fertigungssysteme GmbH (“BW”), and BW announce that Mr. Wolfgang Bergmann has been appointed as the company's new CEO.

Mr. Bergmann studied at the University of Passau and holds a degree in business administration followed by a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Ashridge Management College. He has extensive experience in the International Mechanical Engineering field, including over 15 years as Chief Executive Officer of high-tech machinery companies in Germany, Argentina, and Spain.

"Mr. Bergmann has a proven track record of success in the manufacturing industry, and we are confident that he is the perfect candidate to lead BW into the future", said Mr. Luiz Cassiano Rando Rosolen, CEO of Romi and interim CEO of BW.
