HMM Algeciras, with a length of over 400 metres and a width of 61 metres, is the newest and world's largest container ship. Equipped with an ultra-modern hybrid scrubber system for exhaust gas cleaning in accordance with the international environmental requirements IMO 2020, the ship is the first of the new series - eleven more identical mega-carriers are to follow.

In May she called at the Port of Hamburg for the first time and is currently transporting our MCX 1400, divided into eight 40-foot containers, to China. The main route of the HMM, which will be sailing under the flag of Panama, will continue to be from China to Northern Europe.
